Registration Price (cost of conference pass for Urbana):

  • Register by June 1st: $249
  • Register between June 1st-Oct 31: $279
  • Register between Nov-Dec 5: $379

*Non-refundable deposit: $100

Housing Price (at a special discount rate):

*Hotel rooms have 2 queen beds
**Hotel will ask for credit card at check-in to keep on file in case of incidentals

Hotel Rooms will be made full-occupancy based on room selection- including roommates assigned by NY/NJ Urbana registrar if roommate preferences to fill the room are unavailable

*Cancellations after December 10th are non-refundable and will be charged in full.
